  • ½ cup chamomile flowers (60 g)
  • 1 cup of water (250ml)

  1. In the first place, heat a pan of water to about 90 ºC about until it boils.
  2. Next, add the chamomile flowers and stir for about 5 minutes.
  3. Then, remove from heat, filter and leave to cool a bit.
