- thyme and sage to taste

- sweet paprika to taste
- 2 teaspoons grape seed oil
Preparation
- Put the watermelon and radish slices in a deep plate,

2. Shrimp, avocado, mango and herb salad
ingredients
- 3 lettuce leaves (the variety you prefer)
- 1 medium mangopeeled and cut into cubes
- 1 avocadopeeled and cut into cubes
- 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/cup cooked shrimp
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 4 basil leaves
- 4 parsley leaves

Preparation

ingredients
- 10 cherry tomatoes halved or 2 medium tomatoes cut into cubes.
- 1 cup of watermelonseedless and diced
- 4 fresh basil leaves
- 3 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Put the tomatoes and watermelon in a bowl.
- Cut the basil leaves in half and add them to the salad. Mix well.
- Prepare the vinaigrette by combining the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper at ease.
- Pour over the salad.
5. Tomato, prune and coriander salad

ingredients
- 1 datterino tomato, cut into cubes
- 1 green tomato, diced
- 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 red plumcut into thin wedges
- 1 yellow plumcut into thin wedges
- 6 tablespoons of sherry vinegar
- 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- coriander to taste
Preparation
- Place the spring onion in a bowl and add the sherry vinegar. Salt to taste and let it rest for a few minutes 30 minutes.
- Put the tomatoes and prunes in a bowl. Salt pepper to taste.

Preparation
- Prepare the dressing by mixing all its ingredients. Reservation.
- Combine peppers, radishes, broccoli, grapes, orange and cucumber in a bowl.
- Salt and mix.
- Add the dill and parsley. Mix.
- Add the sunflower seeds before serving.
