Preparation

  1. Dissolve the gelatin in the fruit juice.

ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon of gelatin (5 g).
  • 2 cups of coconut milk (500 ml).
  • 1 cup of pineapple (150 g).
  • 2 or 3 drops of vanilla extract.

Preparation

  1. Dissolve the gelatin in the coconut milk.
  2. Bring it on the fire or in the microwave until it dissolves.
  3. Chop the pineapple and add it to the gelatin, together with the vanilla extract.

4. Carrot

ingredients

  • 2 boxes of jelly orange light (340 grams).
  • 1 jar of half cream (225 g).
  • 2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin (20 g).
  • 1 can of condensed milk with 50% less sugar (370 g).
  • ¾ peeled and grated carrot.
  • 2 cups of warm water (500 ml).
  • ½ pineapple in pieces (500 g).
  • 2 â…“ cups room temperature water (583 ml).

Preparation

  1. Wash the carrot and pineapple, peel and chop them.
  2. Blend the condensed milk with the medium cream.
  3. Dissolve the unflavored gelatin in a third cup of water and add to the previous mixture.
  4. In the hot water, dissolve the orange jelly and mix well. Next, add the remaining two cups of water.
  5. Leave to cool and then add to smoothie.

ingredients

  • 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin (10 g).
  • 2 cups of natural orange juice (500 ml).
  • 1 cinnamon stick.
  • 1 teaspoon of grated ginger (5 g).

Preparation

  1. Prepare the jelly bag as you normally would, but replace the water in the recipe with orange juice.

  • Brown sugar or honey (to taste).
  • 1 cup of liquid whipping cream (250 ml).

Preparation

  1. Add the tea to the cup of hot watersweeten to taste and reserve.
  2. In a container, soak the gelatin in half a glass of cold water.
  3. Heat the liquid cream and, when it starts to boil, add the gelatin.
