There are many healthy recipes that can be made in ten minutes or less. These become ideal for those people who wish to enjoy healthy and tasty meals, without having to spend too much time in the kitchen. They are also a great option for those who want to get started in the culinary art.
Salty healthy recipes
The following recipes can be a good complement to some meals, such as breakfast for example. It is not recommended to consume it as the only dish.
1. Scrambled eggs and turkey ham
Ingredients (for 2 diners)
- 6 eggs.
- Turkey ham (100 g).
- Condiments: salt, black pepper, sweet or hot pepper (to taste).
- Optional: diced onion or tomato, a little chopped fresh leek, tom
Preparation
- Preheat a nonstick skillet over high heat.
- Next, we break the eggs into a bowl and proceed to beat with a fork to fully integrate the whites and yolks. Next, we salt and pepper.
- Apart from, we cut the turkey ham into small pieces (as much as possible) and then add it to the eggs.
- We bring everything to the pan and proceed to stir continuously with the help of a wooden spoon as it cooks.
- Once ready, we serve on a plate and, if desired, sprinkle with a bit more black pepper or parsley.
2. Gazpacho

Ingredients (for 1 diner)
- ½ cucumber.
- 1 pinch of fine salt.
- ½ green pepper.
- 1 clove of fresh garlic.
- 2 or 3 ripe tomatoes.
- 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs (15 g).
- 2 tablespoons of cold water (30 ml).
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil (5 g).
- 3 tablespoons of wine vinegar (45 ml).
Preparation
- First, wash and cut the tomatoes into slices.
- Next, we peel and cut the cucumber into thin slices.
- Then we put all the ingredients in the blender and process at medium speed for a couple of minutes.
- Finally, if the mixture is too thick, add a little more cold water.
3. Turkey and cheese burritos
Ingredients (for 1 diner)
- 2 wheat flour tortillas.
- ¼ cup of turkey mortadella (50 g).
- ¼ cup diced Gouda cheese (50 g).
- Optional: cherry tomatoes, romaine lettuce, avocado.
- Vegetable oil (the amount needed for browning).
Preparation
- Preheat a skillet over low heat.
- Cut the turkey mortadella into cubes or thin strips.
- We spread the tortilla and place the turkey and cheese cubes in the center. In case we have decided to add the tomato and the lettuce, the first thing we have to put in the tortilla is the lettuce and then everything else. We roll up.
- We put the burritos in a pan, lightly greased with a little vegetable oil.
- Brown on both sides for a couple of minutes over medium heat, remove from pan and serve.
3 sweet recipes in ten minutes
1. Cocoa, oatmeal and banana smoothie

Ingredients (for 2 diners)
- 4 bananas.
- 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder (40 g).
- ½ glass of oatmeal drink (125 ml).
- Optional: 1 tablespoon of peanut butter (10 g).
Preparation
- Peel and cut the bananas into thin slices.
- Put all the ingredients in the blender and process for a couple of minutes at medium speed.
- Pour into glasses and serve. In case we want to make the drink more refreshing, it will be necessary to add some ice cubes to the mix. It is also advisable to reduce the amount of milk or vegetable drink a little so that it is not excessively liquid.
2. Fruit salad
Ingredients (for 2 diners)
- 2 kiwis.
- 4 tangerines.
- 2 large apples
- 4 medium bananas.
- 1 cup of strawberries (150 g).
- 3 bunches of grapes (80 g).
- Natural orange juice (without sugar).
- Optional: quinoa (45 g).
Preparation
- Peel and slice the kiwis, apples and bananas.
- Separately, we remove the skin from the tangerines and separate the wedges.
- Wash and drain the grapes and strawberries.
- We put everything in a bowl and pour the natural orange juice (enough quantity to season all pieces of fruit). Before serving, we can sprinkle a spoonful of sugar on top or a teaspoon of honey.
- In case we want to add quinoa, we must prepare it before starting to dispose of the fruits.
3. Tiramisu

Ingredients (for 2 diners)
- 1 cup of cream cheese (100 g).
- 1 teaspoon of sugar or honey (5 g).
- 2 tablespoons of ground coffee (30 g).
- 5 teaspoons of cocoa powder (45 g).
- Optional: coffee liqueur, cinnamon.
Preparation
- First, pour the cream cheese into a bowl and let it sit at room temperature for a couple of minutes to make it easier to handle later.
- Then add the chocolate, coffee and honey and mix everything with the help of a spoon. Next, Mix everything with the help of a hand whisk. until you get a smooth cream.
- Immediately after, we pour the mixture into the container we prefer (bowl, glass), finally we sprinkle a pinch of cocoa to decorate and that’s it!
