American President Joe Biden recently stated that the United States and allied nations “will not be intimidated” by Russia’s threats and are prepared to fully defend NATO territory, with the White House leader condemning acts of sabotage on the Nord Stream gas pipelines.

“America and its allies, I want to emphasize, will not be intimidated by Putin and his reckless words and threats. Putin’s actions are a signal that he is fighting. Those farces of referendums, the routine he resorted to this morning, the United States will never recognize these things. And the world won’t recognize them either. He cannot capture the territory of a neighboring state and escape, things are simple,” said Joe Biden, quoted by CNN.

Washington will continue to provide defensive military equipment to Ukraine and additional assistance from Congress in the amount of 13 billion dollars, the American president emphasized.

“America is ready to protect every inch of NATO territory”

“America is fully prepared together with NATO allies to protect every centimeter of the territory of the North Atlantic Alliance, so, Mr. Putin, so you don’t misunderstand what I’m saying, every centimeter,” warned the leader from the White House.

Biden emphasized that the incidents that caused the cracks in the Nord Stream 1 and 2 gas pipelines, in the Baltic Sea, are the result of “deliberate acts of sabotage”. “We will work with our allies to find out what happened. At my order, we have already begun helping allies protect critical infrastructure,” Biden explained.
