- ¾ cup cheddar cheese cut into small cubes (150 g)
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil (5 ml)
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Sift the flour and mix it with the baking powder and the beaten eggs. The resulting mixture must be consistent and homogeneous. The reason for sifting the flour is that no lumps form during further processing.
- In a hot pan, fry the bacon with the olive oil, 5 to 6 minutes or until crisp. Then let it dry on absorbent paper.
- Finally, combine the paprika, parsley or chives, cheese and bacon and add to the flour, yeast and egg mixture.
